Who Can Benefit?

Those that benefit most from Wellness Coaching are ready to make lasting change in their lives around one or more of the following areas: weight loss, nutrition, fitness, stress management or overall health. What does it mean to "be ready". During our first conversation, I will walk you through a series of questions. Your answers will help me to determine if you have a full understanding of what it will take to change and if you are willing to do what is necessary to change. If you are ready, we will discuss next steps. Clients should be ready to dedicate at least 3 months toward working on their wellness and should be available to coach via phone one time per week for 30-45 minutes. If I feel that you are not ready, I will be frank with you about why I feel this is so. We will talk about the steps that will be necessary for you to take to come to a place of readiness.
